Franci will be remembered for her loyalty, evertrusting temperament and incredible sense of smell. Hide and seek definately was her game and even if she didn't have a litter on the ground, she loved being a Foster Mom.
Franci and Stargate produced the second Champion for our kennel, Ch. Penhall's Crown Jewel, aka, Diamond, which was the first Champion for both parents.

Major will be remembered as our patient gentleman. He loved playing ball, biting that Schutzhund training sleeve and going for our evening walks around the yard with the other dogs.
Major also was a Blood Donor and it gave us pride knowing he helped save the lives of some dogs, some where in need.

Sadly Stargate was only a member of our family for 16 months. December 10th, 2002 - April 11th, 2004. Feeling guilty from an undetectable blockage...we lost Stargate... from this tragedy. We no longer use rugs for the dogs that unravel in a continuous thread. This loss was very upsetting and took us a long time to get over.
Stargate will be remembered for his presence of a stallion and no mistaking that he wasn't a male. He had a gorgeous masculine head with loving eyes. He was gentle and young at heart, still thinking he was a puppy. He learned from watching, loved his kong, playing ball and helping mom with the pups.
Stargate earned his Championship at 11 months of age in B.C. when he was owned by his breeder Diana Harbrink.
We proudly showed Stargate at our German Shepherd Specialty Show in June 2003. He displayed the temperament of a gentleman and the will to please.
Stargate was a very healthy dog and a strong back and solid rear was evident. It was important for us to keep a male pup from him. The day he passed away, Franci whelped their litter. Diamond is our Stargate son....a second Champion for our kennel and the First Champion for Stargate and Franci.
